What is DataRebels Consulting?
DataRebels Consulting Services are intended for teams needing professional guidance on their current DataVault 2 implementation or for teams looking to receive a certificate of compliance on their DV 2 implementation. This consulting, which can be either virtual or on-site, is fully customized to your team and can run anywhere from 1-18 months depending on various factors. Your team must include members who are either certified DV practitioners or experienced in DV 2 standards and best practices. It is important to note that this consulting does NOT include certified training or development services.
When DataRebels comes on as a consultant to your DV 2 project our goal is to engage right away to get your implementation running efficiently. As such we require a few things before we officially begin:
- Authority to direct the team as a lead on the project
- Management escalation process in place
- Defined point of contact to address any decisions required
- Defined and agreed-upon statement of work
- Professional services agreement in place

If so we’ll forward our Professional Service Agreement to you and negotiate a statement of work for signature.
